Great location which we didn't expect! the room was super clean and had its own bathroom, microwave, and fridge. 🌟

The room was stylish and nicely decorated, had fairly clean private bathroom. The hotel had indeed a comfortable location in the center. What's more, it was so close to all the shops / cafes in the city, the airport, and walking distance to the main street in tulum.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and comfortable - not too far from Cenote Caracon.

I stayed at this venue for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience, with a stunningly beautiful property and friendly staff in a convenient location.

Location: the hotel was short walk to Tulum Pueblo centre and the airport and 18h trip and walking distance to the main street in tulum. There was café Mel & Jo's, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue. I enjoyed the room with glorious ac, the bed was soft. Had a shower and towels in the bathroom.

The food here was awesome! the service was top-notch, like seriously exceptional. My room was squeaky clean and had a nice little outdoor area where I could chill with a drink, water or something. the location turned out to be perfect, even though I didn't know much about this area beforehand. 🌟

The food was absolutely delicious! 🤤 the staff were super friendly and easy to chat with. the place looked really cool and clean, and they even had Netflix and other cool stuff to watch. the location was awesome, being so close to the beach and the town center was super handy.

the attention to detail was impeccable, from the modern and spacious rooms to the private outside space with a little pool. We were blown away by the level of comfort and luxury provided. Secondly, the location was central and convenient, just a short walk away from all the amenities we needed. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always available at the front desk to help with any questions or concerns. We also appreciated the basic amenities such as the clean and big towels, the hair dryer provided, and the fact that the rooms came with Netflix and glorious AC. our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

There was one minor aspect that could be improved, but it didn't impact our overall experience.

The hotel's attention to detail was impressive. From the well-decorated rooms to the private outside space and little pool, everything exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the room's size and the comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel also provided basic amenities like a hair dryer and clean, large towels. Additionally, the rooftop pool was well-maintained and offered a beautiful view.

The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning could have been more efficient, especially given Tulum's extreme heat. Other than that, our stay was great!
